Odors include but are not limited to: essential oils, cigarette smoke, body odor, pets, perfumes, laundry detergent, and candles. Shoes cannot have any signs of wear to be eligible for exchange or store credit. All gift, candles, consumable, and skincare items MUST be unopened and unused to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
