Return Policy
At The Gypsy Belle, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. In the event that an item does not meet your expectations, please review the guidelines below to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Window
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted outside of this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, makeup, deodorant, and pet hair
- Free from any and all fragrance or odor, including but not limited to cigarette or tobacco smoke, candles, laundry detergent, fabric softener, essential oils, body oils, perfumes, colognes, and any other scented products
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Checkout+ Returns & Exchanges
At checkout, customers may elect to add Checkout+ to their order. Checkout+ provides a premium return experience that includes:
- Complimentary returns for store credit — no return shipping fees apply
- Complimentary exchanges — swap for an alternate size or color at no additional cost
- Package protection — coverage for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
- A prepaid return shipping label provided at no cost — customers who use Checkout+ are never required to purchase or pay for their own return shipping label. A prepaid, pre-addressed label will be issued directly through the Checkout+ portal upon initiating a return or exchange
Please note: Checkout+ returns and exchanges must still be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. The 14-day window applies to all orders, regardless of whether Checkout+ was added at checkout. Requests submitted outside of this window will not be accepted, even for Checkout+ customers.
To begin a return, Checkout+ customers may simply visit our Returns Portal, where their prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically.
Returns Without Checkout+
Customers who did not elect to add Checkout+ at checkout remain eligible to return items within the 14-day window, subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit; refunds to the original method of payment are not available
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping labels typically range from $10 to $18, depending on the carrier, package dimensions, and destination. This cost is the sole responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Gypsy Belle cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Any item marked "Final Sale" or discounted on the product page
- Sale and clearance merchandise
- Accessories, jewelry, and intimates
- Gift cards
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address. You will be guided through the process and, if you are a Checkout+ customer, your prepaid shipping label will be provided automatically.
Processing Timeline
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your store credit has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received, please contact our support team at help@thegypsybelle.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item, so that we may resolve the matter promptly.
