At The Gypsy Belle, we understand that getting your order quickly is just as important as what's inside the package. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, what it costs, and how returns work.

Where We Ship From

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our location in Bradenton, Florida.

Processing Time

We pride ourselves on lightning-fast fulfillment. Orders placed before our daily cutoff are processed and shipped by the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple and affordable:

  • Flat-rate shipping: $7.95 on all domestic orders
  • Free shipping on all domestic orders over $99

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier's schedule. Please note that The Gypsy Belle is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team at help@thegypsybelle.com as soon as possible so that we may assist you.


Returns at a Glance

We want you to love everything you receive from The Gypsy Belle. If something isn't quite right, here's the quick version of how returns work. For full details, please review our complete Return Policy.

Return Window: All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, regardless of whether Checkout+ was added at checkout.

With Checkout+ (added at checkout):

  • Free returns for store credit
  • Free exchanges for a different size or color
  • Package protection for lost, stolen, or damaged orders
  • A prepaid return shipping label is provided at no cost — simply initiate your return through our Returns Portal and your label will be generated automatically

Without Checkout+:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (typically $10–$18, depending on the carrier and destination)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to Get Your Return Label

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout
  3. Follow the prompts to select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. If you are a Checkout+ customer, your prepaid shipping label will be generated and emailed to you automatically — no purchase required
  5. If you did not add Checkout+, you will be responsible for purchasing and printing your own return shipping label

Eligibility Reminder

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free from fragrance or odor (including smoke, candles, detergent, essential oils, and perfume), and in original condition with tags attached. Final Sale items, accessories, jewelry, intimates, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
