We want you to love every piece! Returns and exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale and final-sale items can't be returned. Reach out through our contact page to start a return — we're happy to help.

EXCHANGES: For your item to be eligible for exchange, be sure the item has never been worn with tags still attached, has never been washed, and is free of all odors. Odors include but are not limited to: essential oils, cigarette smoke, body odor, pets, perfumes, laundry detergent, and candles. Shoes cannot have any signs of wear to be eligible for exchange or store credit. All gift, candles, consumable, and skincare items MUST be unopened and unused to be eligible for exchange or store credit.

FINAL SALE: Clearance, sale items, swimwear, bralettes, jewelry, and Warmies items are all final sale. Clearance shoes are not guranteed to ship in their original box.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange an item you purchased online, please email us at Help@TheGypsyBelle.com with your name, order number, and the item you’d like to exchange. The item must be sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving it! You are responsible for the cost and shipping your item back to
