The Gypsy Belle does NOT offer credit card refunds. We have a standard boutique policy that allows for 14 day exchange or return for store credit.
STORE CREDIT: Store credit is issued to your account. It is not automatically applied on our app or website! On the checkout page please hit the “tap to apply credit” button to see the amount applied! Store credit does not expire, so use it when you please! Store credit cannot be issued in gift card form.

EXCHANGES: For your item to be eligible for exchange, be sure the item has never been worn with tags still attached, has never been washed, and is free of all odors. Odors include but are not limited to: essential oils, cigarette smoke, body odor, pets, perfumes, laundry detergent, and candles. Shoes cannot have any signs of wear to be eligible for exchange or store credit. All gift, candles, consumable, and skincare items MUST be unopened and unused to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
FINAL SALE: Clearance, sale items, swimwear, bralettes, jewelry, and Warmies items are all final sale. Clearance shoes are not guranteed to ship in their original box.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange an item you purchased online, please email us at Help@TheGypsyBelle.com with your name, order number, and the item you’d like to exchange. The item must be sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving it! You are responsible for the cost and shipping your item back to
